HIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND JOB TAP LTD, TRADING AS JOBTAP, CONCERNING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE JOBTAP MOBILE APPLICATION.
Last Updated: 7 September 2026
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the JobTap application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
If you do not agree to this EULA, you must not download, install, access, or use the application.
About JobTap
JobTap is a digital platform that connects Candidates looking for work with Employers looking to hire.
JobTap is operated by:
Job Tap Ltd, trading as JobTap
Company Number: 16904972
Registered in: England and Wales
Registered Office: Ashfield Hub, Outram Street, Sutton-In-Ashfield, England, NG17 4FU
Website: https://job-tap.co.uk/
Support Email: Stanley@job-tab.co.uk
In this EULA, "JobTap", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Job Tap Ltd. "App" means the JobTap mobile application and any updates, improvements, fixes, features, content, and related services made available through it. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the App.
Relationship with Other JobTap Policies
Your use of the App is also governed by:
The JobTap Terms of Service
The JobTap Privacy Policy
The JobTap Acceptable Use Policy
Any other rules or policies made available through the App
The Terms of Service explain the rules governing Candidate and Employer accounts, Jobs, bids, hiring, payments, timesheets, messages, reports, disputes, and other Platform services.
The Privacy Policy explains how JobTap collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information.
If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service, the provision that most specifically applies to the relevant matter will be used, subject to applicable law.
Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to create and use a JobTap account.
If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Different age requirements may apply to particular Jobs, workplaces, working hours, contracts, qualifications, regulated activities, or payments. JobTap may restrict access to particular Jobs or App features where age restrictions apply.
Employers and Candidates are responsible for ensuring that any work arrangement complies with applicable employment, young-worker, safeguarding, health and safety, and local authority requirements.
Licence to Use the App
Job Tap Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable permission to install and use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control.
This permission is granted only for:
Personal use as a Candidate
Internal business use as an Employer
Lawful use of JobTap services
Use permitted by this EULA, the Terms of Service, and applicable App Store rules
This permission allows you to use the App. It does not transfer ownership of the App or any JobTap intellectual property to you. You may not transfer this permission to another person, sell access to the App, or allow another person to misuse your account. The licence ends automatically when this EULA or your JobTap account is terminated.
Free Download and Paid Features
The JobTap App is currently free to download. Downloading the App does not automatically require payment of a subscription fee. An Employer may be required to pay a £10 bid-unlock fee to access the details of a Candidate's bid. Bid-unlock payments are processed through Stripe and not through Apple In-App Purchase.
The £10 payment:
•Unlocks access to the relevant Candidate bid
•Is not a subscription payment
Is not payment to the Candidate
Does not guarantee that the Candidate will accept the Job
Does not guarantee that the Employer will hire the Candidate
Does not guarantee Candidate availability
Does not guarantee successful completion of the Job
Does not make JobTap a party to the work agreement
Any payment must be clearly presented to the Employer before the transaction is confirmed. Stripe may apply its own terms and privacy practices to payment information and transactions.
JobTap's Role
JobTap provides software and technology that allows Candidates and Employers to create profiles, publish and discover Jobs, submit and review bids, unlock Candidate bids, communicate through Inbox, manage active Jobs, record working hours, use timesheet features, receive notifications, submit reports, block users, and create Support Tickets.
JobTap is not:
The Employer of a Candidate
An employment agency
A recruitment agency
A staffing agency
A party to the agreement between a Candidate and Employer
A guarantor of work or hiring
A guarantor of payment between users
A guarantor of Candidate performance
A guarantor of Employer conduct
When an Employer hires a Candidate, the agreement for the work is made directly between that Employer and Candidate. The Employer and Candidate are responsible for agreeing on the work, rate, schedule, payment, working conditions, equipment, safety, cancellation rights, confidentiality, intellectual property, and legal employment or contractor status.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their profiles, business information, Job listings, hiring requirements, worksite conditions, pay information, timesheet decisions, and direct agreements with Candidates.
JobTap may verify Candidates and Employers, but verification does not provide an absolute guarantee of identity, conduct, suitability, qualifications, work quality, payment, or performance. Users must carry out their own reasonable checks before entering into a work arrangement.

JobTap may access relevant communication where reasonably necessary to process a user report, resolve a Support Ticket, prevent fraud, protect users, enforce policies, or comply with law.

The appeal should include the user's name, relevant account details, the action being appealed, an explanation, and supporting evidence. JobTap may uphold, change, or reverse its original decision. Submitting an appeal does not automatically pause or reverse the original action.
App Updates
